Anastasia received her Vaganova ballet training in Mari State College of Ballet in Yoshkar-Ola, Russia. After Graduation she was invited to join Mari Theatre of Opera and Ballet. Her professional repertoire include “Swine Lake”, “Don Quixote”, Gisselle”, “The Nutcracker”, “Sleeping Beauty”, “Cinderella”, “Romeo and Juliette”, “La Bayadère” and many more classical and contemporary productions.

In 2006 Anastasia graduated with honors Mari State University, with a masters degree in Dance and a classification as Artistic Director of the Dance team. Ms. Beresneva has more than 10 years of experience as a teacher, choreographer and dance director both in Russia and the United States. Her students received top scores on major Dance and Ballet competitions, including prestigious Youth American Gran Prix. Her students have been accepted to summer programs at School of American Ballet and Miami City Ballet.
